Fairview Middle

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Human Science in Family and Child Sciences and a Masters in Educational Leadership. After graduating from Florida State University, I spent a year in Christchurch, New Zealand after graduation working as an au pair. After returning to the States, I worked for the Department of Education before getting my teaching certification through an alternative program. I have been lucky enough to be part of the Fairview family since 2016. I had the pleasure of serving as our former Social Studies department head and Junior Beta sponsor. I am currently the sponsor for our Model UN club and serve as the IB Prep Coordinator.

I was born and raised in Tallahassee and taught at a very young age Go Noles! I grew up in a family of educators and with a father who loves history, which he instilled in me. I love traveling and finding a good book to read. On the weekends, you can find me spending time with my husband, friends and family playing pickleball or spending time at the beach
